This multi building complex in Sydney’s south west was in dire need of a lift. With retail sales taking a hit during the pandemic Duffield Painting & Remedial were contacted to asses the condition of the building and formulate a large scale painting plan. Once the buildings were inspected, one of our professional colour consultants visited the site to provide 3 potential colour schedules. 

Large scale remedial, painting, line marking and signage installation was all a part of the process. With businesses operating during the project, a clear and concise traffic management plan was implemented to ensure the safety of our technicians and members of the public.

The end result is a refreshed and vibrant shopping precinct with a coating system to last through the harsh southern sun.

Upon completion a cleaning and maintenance program was created to be implemented every 12-18 months. This will ensure the client benefits from every dollar invested for years to come.
